Self Defense Seminars
As
a service to our community, the Institute of Traditional Asian Martial
Arts offers self defense seminars to businesses, organizations, and
other groups to promote awareness and safety to the public. The
seminars are free of charge, and cover a wide variety of topics.
If you are interested, please contact us at dholland@itama.org.
The seminar may by held at our Dojo or elsewhere. We do ask that at
least 10 people be in attendance, and any student under the age of 18
must have consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Private
Lessons are
available to anyone who seeks instruction. Private Lessons may be held
anywhere locally, or at the dojo during downtime. The standard rate is
